Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Studio B. Our terms and conditions explain the rules and expectations when you book and use our space. We appreciate keeping things clear, respectful, and smooth. By making a booking, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Disclaimer: Studio B is managed by "Near Future for Photography Services" in Amman, Jordan.

1. Booking & Payment

  • Any visit or booking at Studio B is by appointment only.
  • Bookings are made through our website. Your booking is not confirmed until full payment is received. We cannot guarantee your slot until we receive your payment.
  • Once we receive your payment, we will send you a confirmation message stating: “Your booking is now officially confirmed at Studio B.”

Important Payment Details:

  • We only accept payments through CliQ transfer and do not accept Visa or any other payment method.
  • Payment must be completed as soon as you book, and no later than 24 hours before your scheduled booking time.
  • Unfortunately, if payment is not completed, we reserve the right to either: cancel the booking, or give the slot to another client.

Overtime & Extensions

  • Overtime is charged at 5 JDs for every additional 15 minutes.
  • Extensions are only possible if the schedule allows.
  • If the studio has another booking after yours, only 30 minutes maximum can be granted, as this is part of our buffer time between bookings.
  • We will inform you at the beginning of your session if extensions are possible.

2. Cancellations, Rescheduling, No-Shows, Refunds

Cancellations:

  • You can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before and receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking are non-refundable.

Rescheduling:

  • You can reschedule your booking up to 48 hours in advance.
  • Rescheduling is not allowed within 48 hours of your booking, and a re-fund is not possible.

No-Shows:

  • If you do not arrive within 30 minutes of your scheduled start time, the studio reserves the right to treat the booking as a no-show.
  • If you notify us at the time of your booking that you will arrive later due to an emergency:
    • If the studio is booked immediately after your reserved time, we will be unable to host you beyond your original end time. In this case, your booking will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
    • If your delayed arrival still allows you to use part of your original booking, you may continue as usual, but your session will end at the original end time.
    • If we do not have any bookings after yours and you arrive once your original booking time has already ended, any time you use beyond your scheduled end will be treated as additional paid time.
  • Arriving late does not move or extend your booking. Your session always ends at the original scheduled time.
  • Arriving early is not recommended. Your session always starts at the original scheduled time.

3. Add-On Services

We offer additional services such as Camera Rentals and Fresh Paint Coats.

  • These are charged as a fixed fee per booking.
  • Payment for add-ons must be made in advance, along with your booking payment.

Rules for Add-Ons:

  • We may refuse an add-on if it is not available.
  • Paint coat requests must be made at least 3 days before your booking.
  • Camera Rental requests must be made at least 2 days before your booking.
  • Any damage to our equipment will be assessed immediately, and you must pay for damages before leaving.
  • Equipment damage fees range based on the specific item and its repair or replacement cost.
  • If payment is not made for damages, we will unfortunately refuse future bookings made by you.

4. Loyalty Cards

Our Loyalty Program rewards you for regular bookings:

  • First Card (10 hours): Get 1 free hour.
  • Second Card (10 hours): Get 2 free hours.
  • Third Card (10 hours): Get 3 free hours.

Loyalty Card Rules:

  • Free hours are limited to 1 free hour per booking.
  • Loyalty cards are assigned to individuals but can be transferred if you inform us through WhatsApp.
  • Free Hours are valid for 6 months.
  • Misuse of loyalty cards may result in cancellation of the card.

5. Equipment & Team Members

  • You are welcome to bring your own equipment and team.
  • Studio B is not responsible for any personal items you bring.

6. Lost & Found

  • Small items left behind will be kept for 2 weeks.
  • Larger items will be kept for 3 days.
  • We will always notify you if we found any lost item at the studio.
  • If lost items are not picked up, they will be donated or disposed of. This applies to all and any missing items.

7. Cleanliness & Damage Policy

  • You must leave the studio clean and reset during your booked time.

Cleaning Charges (if needed):

  • 25 JDs for minor cleaning.
  • 50 JDs for major cleaning or stains.
  • Special cases will be assessed on the spot.
  • All cleaning charges must be paid before you leave.

Damages:

  • Any equipment damages will be assessed immediately, and you must pay for damages before leaving.
  • Equipment damage fees will depend on the item and repair/replacement costs.
  • If damages or cleaning fees are not paid, we will unfortunately refuse your future bookings.

8. Cyclorama Rules

  • No glitter is allowed in the studio.
  • No flammable items are allowed in the studio. Open flame is not allowed. Shisha, portable stoves, and candles are not allowed.
  • No food or drinks on the cyclorama unless we approve it.
  • No shoes or black socks are allowed on the cyclorama. Models must tape their shoes. Violating this rule will result in a 30 JDs paint charge.
  • Any spills or stains on the cyclorama (such as coffee or liquids) may result in additional cleaning or repair fees up to 100 JDs.
  • If the cyclorama cove (curved area) is physically damaged (e.g., ruptured or broken), repair fees will range between 250 JDs to 500 JDs, depending on the damage severity.
  • The maximum number of people allowed on set is 15 people.

9. Content Usage

  • You own all the content you create at Studio B.
  • Studio B may repost your content on our social media or website, with credit to you.

10. Liability

  • You are fully responsible for your safety, equipment, and actions while using Studio B.
  • Studio B is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, damages, or losses.
  • We do not provide insurance coverage.

11. Terms Updates

  • We may update these policies at any time.
  • The latest version will always be on our website.
  • By booking with us, you agree to the current Terms & Conditions.

  • If you have any problems or concerns, please contact us directly. We always aim to resolve matters with understanding and fairness.
